Strategic Plan

Minaret College Strategic Plan 2015-2019 focuses on four broad goals as follows:

1. Recruit, retain and build teachers and staff members’ capacity and encourage their personal development; 
2. Enhance the quality of teaching and students’ learning, taking into account sustainability, the  Islamic environment and technology changes and development;
3. Support students and their families’ health and wellbeing;
4. Maintain a strong and sound financial position with transparent reporting, a high level of accountability and strong governance.
